As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and have pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. Once the order is received, we will contact our suppliers and confirm that your order is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will cancel the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 14 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. Some brands are listed below as taking longer to ship out, please not those orders are handled separately from this process.
If your item is in stock, we will process the charges to your credit card and it will ship within 14 business days from the date of your order. We will send you the tracking information for your purchase within 24 hours of your order leaving our warehouse. Once you receive your order, please inspect all items immediately for any damage that may have occurred during shipping. If you notice any damage please make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos with descriptions to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. All brands we work with stand behind their products and will work to correct any order issues.
Cancellations & Refunds:
If you decide to cancel your order after 24 hours you will be charged a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges and must provide Vert Work with the tracking information. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

Ergo Desktop Returns: We guarantee that your new Kangaroo Adjustable Height Desk computer stand will enhance your working life. If you are not satisfied, just return it within 30 days of receiving it and we will refund 100% of the purchase price. Just call us first for a "Return Authorization Number" and ship it back to us. Please remember to pack the Ergo Desktop properly to avoid damage to the unit during the return shipping process. The best practice is to use the existing packing materials on the product. The use of packing peanuts or inflatable packing bags is not advised. They do not provide proper protection during shipment. Unit must arrive in like new condition and purchaser pays shipping charges. Units returned after 30 days may incur a restock fee. Additional service fees may not be refundable. All returned products must have a Return Authorization Number.
Ergo Desktop Shipping: Orders are shipping from the facility in 1-2 weeks.
Ergo Desktop Warranty: The Non-Electric Kangaroo Desk's Gas Springs and all moving parts come with a full two-year warranty and the steel structural frames come with a five year warranty. All replacement parts are shipped to you Free of Charge. The Electric units come with a full two year warranty.

The included shipping method is FedEx Ground but expedited shipping is available at your expense. Shipping outside the lower United States will incur an additional charge. -FlexiSpot Sit-Stand Desktop Workstations: All standing desks purchased on or after October 5, 2016 come standard with a 5-year warranty includes the frame, medium-fiber desktop and mechanisms. -Accessories: All monitor mounts purchased on or after October 5, 2016 come standard with a 3-year warranty includes the arms, gas spring system and mechanisms. What Our Warranty Does Not Cover? Our warranties do not cover any problem that is caused by: Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship. Conditions, malfunctions or damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper installation, improper maintenance, misuse, abuse, negligence, accident or alteration. Accessories, connected materials and products, or related products not manufactured by FlexiSpot. Our limited warranties are void if a product is returned with removed, damaged or tampered labels or any alterations (including removal of any component or external cover). How to File a Claim? FlexiSpot will not provide any warranty coverage unless claims are made in compliance with all terms of the controlling warranty statement included with your product and you follow proper return procedure. iMovR Returns: If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return any products in new condition for a refund with a valid RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. Shipping and handling charges will be customer’s responsibility. The product must be properly packed in its original packaging and/or pallet. An RMA number must be issued to iMovR by the manufacturer, and then provided to you prior to returning any products. We require that products must be in brand new, saleable condition, and never installed. All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt. Only products in brand new, saleable condition or "defective on arrival" products (non-repairable) can be returned. Shipping charges are customer’s responsibility unless product was received "defective on arrival".

Lumo Returns: If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept your return within 30 days of the shipping date. Uncaged Ergonomics Warranty: All Uncaged Ergonomic products come with a ninety-day, limited warranty. We'll use the best method possible to get your stand back in working condition - either send replacement parts or an entirely new item. Uncaged Ergonomics warrants this product against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser (“Warranty Period”). If a hardware defect arises and a valid claim is received by Uncaged Ergonomics within the Warranty Period, then, at its option and to the extent permitted by law, Uncaged Ergonomics will either (1) repair the product at no charge, using new parts or parts equivalent to new in performance and reliability, (2) exchange the product with a product that is new or equivalent to new in performance and reliability and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product, or (3) refund the purchase price of the product. Uncaged Ergonomics may request that you replace defective parts with new or refurbished user-installable parts that Uncaged Ergonomics provides in fulfillment of its warranty obligation. When a product or part is exchanged, any replacement item becomes your property and the replaced item becomes Uncaged Ergonomics’ property. Parts provided by Uncaged Ergonomics in fulfillment of its warranty obligation must be used in products for which warranty service is claimed. When a refund is given, the product for which the refund is provided must be returned to Uncaged Ergonomics and becomes Uncaged Ergonomics’ property. This Limited Warranty applies only to the product manufactured by or for Uncaged Ergonomics that can be identified by the Uncaged Ergonomics trademark, trade name, or logo annexed to it. The Limited Warranty does not apply to any non-Uncaged Ergonomics products. Manufacturers, suppliers, or publishers, other than Uncaged Ergonomics, may provide their own warranties to the end user purchaser, but Uncaged Ergonomics, in so far as permitted by law, provides their products “as is”. Uncaged Ergonomics is not responsible for damage arising from failure to follow instructions relating to the product’s use.
